The only legitimate places to buy Windows 10 licenses are from the Microsoft Store or from a licensed Microsoft dealer. Kinguin is a grey market reseller and isn't a legitimate reseller of Windows 10 or any Microsoft products. I suspect that's why your Windows 10 license isn't activating.
